Welcome to our Wellness Education Programs
Our mission is to help effectuate lifestyle changes for all types of people especially people with chronic diseases through wellness education programs. With more than a million Americans dying from diet-related diseases like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and certain forms of cancer, according to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration. Our wellness education workshops and classes will teach how food & herbs are the best medicine.
Our experienced educators include esteemed Ayurvedic Doctors, Yoga educators, and practitioners from around the world. These teachers are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise in various areas of wellness, including managing Diabetes, Ayurveda, Yoga, nutrition, exercise, stress management, mindfulness, self-care rituals, and effective stress management techniques. Our partnerships with the best academic colleges such as the California College of Ayurveda and Kottakkal Ayurveda College means that we are able to run more advanced wellness programs for those who are looking to continue their education. We also have access to thousands of Health Counselors Alumni to provide Food Based Education programs and are currently developing integrated Healthcare diet & lifestyle health coach courses for those who want to pursue a career in wellness.
During our wellness education programs, you not only simply learn about how to make healthier food and lifestyle choices but you will also be able to take home your special health-curated ‘Health Boxes which include our Farm fresh fruits, herbs, and heirloom vegetables grown on our farm locally. You can also join our cooking and nutrition workshops. You will also have access to our passionate educators and providers ranging from esteemed Ayurveda doctors and practitioners, Health Coaches, and learned Yogis who will offer a variety of farm-based wellness education, workshops programs.
